She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Patterson; her son Michael Jeffers (Toinette); her parents, Jesse W. Jeffers and Reba Bryant Jeffers; and her siblings, Jesse, Jr., E. Reginald, Pearl Jeffers, Willa "Jeff", Phyllis J. Berry and Edith J. Williamson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Nicole Tomlin (Oliver), Teresa Watts and Seth Jeffers (Karen); her great grandchildren, McKenzie, Myles and Mason Jeffers; her sister Jacquelyn Jeffers-Wright; and her sister-in-law Ilana S. Chester. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
