He is survived by: his spouse Theda Kenney; his children, Latrina Kenney and Vincent Kenney (Marisa); his grandchildren, Armani Kenney, Mariah Garnett and Giselle Garnett; and his siblings, Cleo Belt, Deborah Carter, Michele Dorsey and Sharon Kenney. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
