It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Edward Kenney Jr. (Lanham, Maryland), who passed away on July 9, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Theda Kenney; his children, Latrina Kenney and Vincent Kenney (Marisa); his grandchildren, Armani Kenney, Mariah Garnett and Giselle Garnett; and his siblings, Cleo Belt, Deborah Carter, Michele Dorsey and Sharon Kenney. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
