She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey N. Diehl and Anna C. Morrison Diehl; and her siblings, Janet Mowery, Martha Minor, Edgar and Mervin Diehl.
She is survived by: her husband W. Theodore "Ted" Noel; her daughters, Nicki Y. Noel of Lanham, MD, Shirley M. Noel of Hyattsville, MD and Diane C. Pinchen of Houston, TX; her granddaughter Anna A. Pinchen of Houston, TX; and her siblings, Nancy M. Garman and Harvey A. Diehl of Shippensburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
