It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marinda Thrower-Davis of Landover, Maryland, who passed away on September 6, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Tuck Moss (James) of Manson, Charmaine Thrower Franklin (Ray Sr) of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Marquis Thrower Sr. of Hyattsville, Maryland, Darryl Davis (Tanna) of Hyattsville, Maryland and Marlo Davis Haskins (Kevin) of Washington, DC; her adoptive son Victor "Scooby" Parker (Carolyn) of Washington, DC; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Davis (Lizzie) of Wise, Lottie Davis Terry (James) of Henderson, Mary Thrower of Spring Hope and Alma Thrower of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, classmates, neighbors, former coworkers, church family and friends.
