He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edward and Ethel Neblett. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Jennifer (Tim); his sister Linda Slattery (Jim); and his nephew Christopher Slattery. He is also survived by eleven nieces, nephews, numerous grand nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association and Alcohol Anonymous.
