She was predeceased by: her parents, Carol Payne and William Jackson Payne Sr.; her siblings, William "Jack" Payne Jr. and Patricia Payne; her nephew Lonny Velozo; her great-niece Lonnie Velozo; and her husband Bobby Maxey.
She is survived by: her nephews, Nathan (Ryan), Derek Velozo and Alexis Payne (Ben); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Bronson, Remington Velozo and Jaiden Contey-Payne; and her former spouse Jamieson Roseberry.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Charles County Animal Shelter in Hughesville, MD, honoring Ginger's love for all creatures.
