He was predeceased by: his parents, Donnie Doil Adkins and Marianne Cynthia Cox; and his brother Craig Forrest Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Adkins (Langley); his children, Kody Adkins, Trevor Adkins and Mercedes Swann (Dustin); his siblings, Kenny Adkins, Kevin Adkins (Jennifer), Lynda Cruciotti (John) and Kimberly Adkins; and his grandchildren, Cameron, Mason and Tallen Swann. He is also survived by many many nephews and nieces.

Flowers are appreciated and any monetary donations will go towards funeral expenses.
