She was predeceased by: her husband Philip Leary Cusick; and her parents, Edward Delaney and Anne Delaney (Gibney). She is survived by: her children, Philip L. Cusick, Jr. (Linda) of Belleville, IL, Michael P. Cusick (Virginia) of La Plata, MD, Jeffrey M. Cusick (Tammy) of Marbury, MD, Sue A. Greer (William) of Nanjemoy, MD, Barbara J. Carpenter (Joel) of Leonardtown, MD, Christy J. Cusick of Overland Park, KS, Kimberly L. Cusick of Crofton, MD, Gregory J. Cusick (Carrie) of Hughesville, MD and Kelly M. Hawks Jr. (Jeffrey) of St. Leonard, MD.. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
