She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis J. Herrity and Alice Hindman Herrity. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Swenson, Diane Shelton, Terry Thir and Jay Shelton Jr. (James); her sisters, Jean Cavaness and Evalyn Phelps; and her sons, Robert F. Shelton (Bobby) and Steven T. Shelton (Tracy). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
