She was predeceased by: her parents, Osce Sites and Dorothy Dolly Sites; and her siblings, Bernice Shrader and Blake Sites. She is survived by: her husband James "Garb" Propst; her daughters, Kimberly Dawn Pressley of La Plata and Pamela Jo Palmer (Ralph) of Huntingtown, Maryland; her siblings, Shirley Kutz (Chauncey) of Fredericksburg, VA and Bobby Sites (Pat) of Dover, DE; her grandchildren, Lisa Grollman (Bobby) of Charlotte Hall, MD, Kristin Galemore (Adam) of Owings, MD and J. R. Palmer (Jessica) of Prince Frederick, MD; and her great grandchildren, Kiley, Kerrigan Grollman, Jillian, Corinne, Evelyn Galemore and Alaina Palmer.

Due to the circumstances of COVID-19, a Memorial Service will be private.
