He was predeceased by: his siblings, John Garrett, Robert Garrett, Jr., Michael Garrett, Eunice Jenkins, Grace Edmonds and June Harrington; and his parents, Robert Garrett, Sr. and Rosa.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Palmer, Tammy Cason, Lisa Binns (James) and Sandra Pennington; his grandchildren, Eugene Palmer (April), Christina Binns, Brittany Marteney, Nicholas Marteney, Joseph Binns and John Pennington; and his great grandchildren, Avia Palmer, Ashlyn Palmer and Damian Pennington.
