She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Thomas Wellons Jr. and Frances Elizabeth Wellons (Winter); her son Michael Charles Vernon Sr.; her daughter-in-law Georgiana Badovinac-Vernon; and her brothers, Levi Thomas Wellons III and William Winter Wellons.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Martin Vernon Jr.; her daughters, Lora Vernon-Kidd (Michael) and Julianne "Juli" Zutant (Jason); her grandson Michael Vernon Jr.; her great grandchild Jett Vernon; and her sister-in-law Diane Wellons. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial donations in Roseanne's name are asked to the Humane Society of Charles County, 71 Industrial Park Drive, Waldorf, MD 20602.
