With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Lee Kidwell (La Plata, Maryland), born in Riverdale, Maryland, who passed away on November 10, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Wright Kidwell and Mary Helen Nutwell; and his brother Steve Kidwell. He is survived by: his wife Cherie Weimert-Kidwell; his daughter Jennifer Kidwell Compton; his son-in-law Benji Compton; his children, Dianne Kidwell White and Alan Kidwell; his former spouse Luci Kidwell; his stepdaughters, Holly Vandegrift and Abby Vandegrift; and his sister Diane Howard. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
The family requests those who wish to express sympathy in lieu of flowers to consider making a donation to Grace Lutheran Church and School for the FISH Food Pantry.
