He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy DeLozier; his siblings, Annette Lovell, Sue Robey, Nora Lee Myronick, Betsy Valltos and Buddy DeLozier; and his sister-in-law Cathy Bledsoe.
He is survived by: his sister Sallie Musser (Mike); his sister-in-law Arthella DeLozier; his children, Gay Cutlip (Dickie) and Tony DeLozier (Sally); his granddaughters, Megan Eccard, Lindsey DeLozier and Rachel Pretko (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Zachary, Brandon and Kirstyn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
