It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neal Edward Mintz (La Plata, Maryland), born in Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on November 8, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Jackson Mintz and Macy Mintz; and his sons, Robert and Ed. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his sister Judy Rhodes; his daughter Brenda Monshower (Al); his grandchildren, Kelly Ryan (Jim), Chris and Kara Mintz; and his great grandchildren, Kayla Baker (Easton), Justin, Jack Ryan, Cory and Colin.
