She was predeceased by: her husband Jerome Proctor, Sr.; her son Nathan Ellsworth; and her siblings, Ambrose, Dorothy and Diane.
She is survived by: her children, Jerome Jr. (Robin), Stanley (Helen), Bruce (Marlene), Trudy Gaines (Roland) and Terrie Sherrod (Walter); her siblings, Ruth, Sheila, Oscar Comillias, Carroll (Donna) and Donald (Adelaide); and her siblings-in-law, Garnell Proctor, Marylee Proctor, Cecelia Proctor, Jeanette Jones, Ann Proctor and Carlene Watson. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
