She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cooksey and Grace Cooksey; her husband Jerome Michael, Jr.; her daughter Jana Michael; her granddaughter Cassie St Clair; and her brothers, Francis Cooksey, Jimmy Cooksey, John Cooksey and Bobby Cooksey.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Michael (Judy), Kay St Clair (Glenn), Trudy Williams (Dave), Terri Baker (Ralph) and Sandy Kalmus; and her sisters, Diana McClure and Judy Hamilton. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
