He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Thomas Spellacy and Mary Ann Spellacy; his brother Carl Joseph Spellacy; and his brother-in-law Jolly H. Kitts, Jr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Irene Mary Kitts and Kathleen Carmel Quade (David); his nieces, Christy Spellacy Lane (Jeremie), Colleen Spellacy, Sara Spellacy and Shannon Spellacy; his nephew Shawn Spellacy; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Krislynn, Abbey, Jaxson, Ethan and Emily.
