It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Marie Conner of La Plata, Maryland, born in Wagner, South Dakota, who passed away on September 22, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George B. Selkirk and Katherine Margaret Selkirk (Beaulieu); her husband Deacon James Conner; her brother Robert Selkirk; and her nephew Gordon Selkirk.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Kenneth Fix (Barb), Gary Fix (Anne), Robert Selkirk (Elizabeth), Charles Selkirk (Tammy), Eileen Conley, Patricia Thorne (Paul) and Denise Selkirk; her siblings-in-law, William Conner (Wilma), Joseph Conner (Rosemary), Ruby Tolbert and Pearl Conner; and her close friends, Jane, Wayne Mullings, Bud, Sue Lawson, Lynn Watson, Dolly Christian, Henry Bussie, Rita Pacella, Frances Card and Kenny Whitehead. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and Godchildren.
