He was predeceased by: his parents, John Herbener, Jr. and Nonie Manning Herbener; his sister Mary Sue; and his wife Paige Ormand. He is survived by: his children, Mark Herbener (Christine) of Danville, VA, Debra Joyner (Dennis) of Longs, SC and Donna Day (Patrick) of La Plata, MD.; and his grandchildren, Danielle, Ryan Herbener, Dennis, Mason Joyner, Kylene, Ashlyn and Connor Day.
