It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Edward Proctor (La Plata, Maryland), who passed away on July 14, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lucy Proctor and Renzie Proctor; his son Kenneth Bernard Proctor, Sr.; his grandson Kendull Proctor; and his siblings, Ronald Proctor, Mary Thompson and Elnora Butler.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Teresa, Angela, John, Julie and Kevin; and his siblings, Sammy, Earl, Gene, Lucille, Rose and Helen. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
