He was predeceased by: his grandfather Thomas Proctor. He is survived by: his parents, Anna Marie Lewis (Edward) and John David Swann; and his grandparents, Anna Theresa Proctor, Pearl and Theodore Swann. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
