Janet Gale Bass Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Gale Bass (La Plata, Maryland), who passed away on November 7, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Galen Summers and Eleanora Summers; and her brother Jimmy David Summers (Joanne). She is survived by: her significant other Gus Bass; her daughter Lisa Jean Gilbert (Bruce); her granddaughter Ashley Nicole Clayton (William); her great grandchildren, Ryleigh Gale and Cole Miller; and her nephew Donnie Summers (Kimberly). She is also survived by son, and numerous sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to the Clements Cuties Foundation (https://www.clementscutiesfoundation.org) in honor of the care provided to Janet by Grace Senior Care.
