She was predeceased by: her parents, John Reese and Anna S. Reese; her husband Robert C. Payne; her son John R. Payne; and her siblings, David J. Reese, Thomas G. Reese and Mary Ann Steed.
She is survived by: her children, Michael D. Payne (Terri) and Julie A. McCowan (Joel); her grandchildren, Jordan, Jenna McCowan, Sean McCowan (Jaime) and Shane McCowan (Launa); and her siblings, Joan R. Sine, William R. Reese, John Reese, Jr. and James A. Reese. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
