He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Paul Ritter and Pansy P. Ritter; and his brother Duane Ritter (Ronald Ritter). He is survived by: his wife Shelby Joan Ritter; his daughter Eugenia Hartley; his granddaughter Joy Rose Sheets (Commander); his great grandchildren, Noelle Grace Sheets and Valerie Jade Sheets; and his brothers, Don Ritter, David Ritter (Pam) and Mike Ritter (Debbie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
