He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita A. Wheatley and Francis V. Wheatley Sr.; and his siblings, Helen Marie McCann, James Howard Wheatley, Mary Alice Wheatley, Richard Thomas Wheatley and Margaret Bernardine Wheatley.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred H. Wheatley; his daughters, Beverly Bridgett (Melvin) and Cindy Bridges (Allen); his grandchildren, Thomas O. Bowling III (Melinda), Rita Marie Earnshaw (Tommy), Katelyn Cord (Brandon), Jennifer Zerbe (Jon) and Lauren Osborne (Sam); his great grandchildren, Madalyn Earnshaw, Matthew Bowling, Elsie Bowling, Layne Rollins, Anna Zerbe, Sadie Osborne, Hayden Cord, Ruby Cord, Elizabeth Zerbe and Samuel Osborne; and his sister-in-law Jeanne Wheatley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
