Douglas Rafford Brown Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Rafford Brown (La Plata, Maryland), who passed away on October 7, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William "Bill" Morris Brown, Jr. and Vera Janette "Jean" Brown; his wife Melinda Sutton Brown of Waldorf, MD; his sister Patricia Bailey (Tom) of Wilmington, DE; his nieces, Amanda Delcampo (Bill) of Wilmington, DE and Jennifer Bailey of Philadelphia, PA.; and his grandsons, Isaac William and Peter Wade. He was also cherished by his three sons.
A memorial service will be held later in the fall when all family members are able to attend (due to COVID restrictions).
