He is survived by: his father Douglas Dean Mullens Sr.; his stepmother Nancy; his brother Michael Mullens of Waldorf, MD; his children, Robert Stewart Mullens and Allison Danielle Medina (Nicholaus) of Great Mills, MD; and his grandson Killian "Shorty" Medina. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends.
