It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Weist (La Plata, Maryland), born in Coaldale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 19, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Paslawsky and Mary Paslawsky; her former husband Michael Hazer; her siblings, Daniel Paslawsky, Joseph Paslawsky, Anna Bujnovsky, Mary Dirnberger and Olga Yusko; her son-in-law Robert Ryan; and her great great grandchild Hunter Hale.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Weist; her daughter Sharon Ryan; her granddaughters, Alicia Hancock (Matt) and Christine Heckman (Joseph); her great grandchildren, Blake Hancock, Carter Heckman (Travis Hale), Nathan Heckman and Grant Heckman; and her great great grandchild Ryder Hale. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
