He is survived by: his daughters, Lora Vernon-Kidd (Michael) and Julianne Vernon Zutant (Jason); his grandson Michael Charles Vernon Jr. (Bonnie); and his great grandchildren, Jett Michael Vernon and Ruby Roseanne Vernon. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
