She is survived by: her spouse David Berry Dodson; her children, Katherine Hancher (Jeffrey), Braden Dodson (Kathleen) and Loren Belfield (Justin); her grandchildren, Andrew, Jensen, Karsyn, Taylor, Morgan, Alex, Garrett, Jacob and Alexis; and her siblings, Eleanor Adams, Richard Dyer (Mary Jo), Susan Gardiner, Michael Dyer (Kim), Brian Dyer and Nancy Thompson (Hoover). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for contributions to be made in Brenda's name to Mary's Food Pantry, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, La Plata, MD.
