He was predeceased by: his parents, William V Harper and Elizabeth A Roberson; and his siblings, Thomas Delbridge, Frances Diane Harper and Terry Lee Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Harper of Waldorf, MD; his daughters, Tracy Harper Curtis (Leo) of Green Sea, SC and Julie Harper of Asheville, NC; his stepchildren, Dean Padgett (Donna) of Welcome, MD and Traci Padgett Marsh (Eddie) of Mechanicsville, MD; his grandchildren, Crystal Curtis, Ashley Dare (Chris), Brandi Acosta (David), Trey Harper (Leslie), Brooke Marsh and Abbi Marsh; and his great grandchildren, Travis, Austin, Allison, Emma, Colin, Gabriel, Isabella and Maximus.
