He is survived by: his wife Frances "Susie" Lee; his son William F., III (Mary) of Knoxville, MD.; his grandchildren, Katrina Shafer of Hagerstown, MD., Ashlee Nath of Co, Russell "RJ" Heino and Jessica Lee of Knoxville, MD.; his great grandchildren, Rowan, Emersyn, Indira Nath and Annmarie Heino; and his siblings, Doris Lawrence (Michael) of Sabillasville, MD. and Mark W. Lee (Suzanne) of Frederick.
