She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Fry and Pearl Woods Morrison; and her children, Tammie Lynn Green and Kim Allen Green. She is survived by: her husband Bruce M. Niceley; her son Kelly Green (Jeannie); her grandchildren, Jessica Green, Michelle Green, Melanie Lantz (Jeremy), Rachel Green and Wesley Allen Green; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Paxton Reidenbach, Phineas, Oliver Thomas Lantz, Kohlton, Savannah and Madison Green; her stepdaughters, Virginia Niceley Mahan, Emily Niceley Saunders and Kate Niceley Elder; and her close friends, Pastor Eddie, Sherry Hartman, Pam, Boe Green, Brad, Terri Anzengruber, Trudy Green, Kevin Rice (Peanut), Jay, Laura Williams, Jim, Thelma Harley and Karla Green.
In lieu of Flowers memorial donations may be made to Jefferson Missionary Baptist Church, 4820 Broad Run Road, Jefferson, MD or a plant a tree, in Joan's memory.
