She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel David and Marguerite Carey Axline of Knoxville. She is survived by: her daughter Jodi; her son-in-law Dan Murphy; her grandchildren, Paige of Hagerstown and Owen Murphy of Hagerstown; and her siblings, John Axline (Delores) of Knoxville and Joan Brown (Gene) of Frederick. She is also survived by nephews, a niece; and several cousins.
