Hoover); his adoptive children, Dean Clark Howes, Rose Rebecca Howes, Marion "RJ" Howard and Michael Howard (Lisa Palmeiro); his grandchildren, Shannon N. Root, Brittany N. Hoover, Amber M. Howes and George C. Howes 3rd; and his great grandchildren, Junior Brockman, Shelly Brockman, Ashley Howard and Thomas L. Root.
