He is survived by: his girlfriend Sharon Koontz; his grandchildren, Randy, Samantha Mobley, Jeffrey Jr., Andrew, John Nalls, Peyton and Leland Koontz; his great grandchildren, Mariah, AJ Hernandez, Ivan Mobley, Jeffrey III (Trip) and Dean Nalls; his siblings, Shirley Buettner Timonium, MD (Richard) and David Edwards Gaithersburg, MD (Carmen); his niece Kelley Ann Hughes; and his nephews, Scott, Glenn Reeder, Kenny, Tiff Edwards, Derek and David Lawrence.
