She was predeceased by: her husband Charles R. Norris of Knoxville, MD.; her parents, Mary "Ruth" Fawley Myers Baker and James Lamar Myers; and her sister-in-law Della Mae Myers. She is survived by: her children, Joyce E. Miller (Kenneth "Reds") of Frederick and Donald L. Norris (Donna) of Jefferson; her grandchildren, Charles L. Miller (Sandy), Mary M. Torres (Rudy), Dana L. Grayson (Nicholas) and Dori L. Carr (Daniel "Danny"); her great grandchildren, Luke, Andrew, Seth, Margaret, Cody, Cole Torres and Peyton Carr; her brother Billy Lee Myers; her nephews, Ronald and Kenny Myers (Melinda); her great-niece Lisa Crouse; and her cousin Barbara Tritapoe Silva. She is also survived by "Mamaw" to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
