It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Marie Ramey of Knoxville, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on October 4, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James Robert Lipscomb; her husband Royce Ramey; and her siblings, James, Harry, Charles Lipscomb, Hilda Scott, Janet Lipscomb, Margaret Barnes and Charlotte Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Ramey (Cherylene); her granddaughters, Shawnte Ramey, Shawntelle Morris (Michael), Rychelle Ramey and Kashay Barnes; her great grandchildren, Nytezjah, King, Journii, Aiyana, Amani, Royce, Russell III, Justice and August; and her sister Diane Lipscomb. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
