Caulfield of Knoxville, Maryland, born in Forestville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 1, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vladimir Charowsky and Anna Charowsky (Bobrick); her husband Paul James Caulfield of Pottsville; and her siblings, Virginia Hoover and Walter Charowsky.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline Caulfield, RN of British Columbia and Dr. Ann Caulfield of Phoenixville, PA; her grandchildren, John and Gwyneth; and her siblings, Patricia Sharockman, Myron (Minersville) and Charles Charowsky (NC).
