He was predeceased by: his parents, Othie "Doc" and Eulalia Evans (Barnard). He is survived by: his wife Rebecca F. Evans (Harvey); his sons, Thomas Evans (Denise) of Aurora, WV and Dan Evans (Elaine) of Kitzmiller; his great grandchildren, Daniel Evans, Keystin Johnson, Amanda Evans, Wyatt, Rylie Mullenax, Holly Wiles (Seth), Kasen and Hunter; his brothers, Roger and Joe Evans; and his daughters, Teresa Williams (Chris) and Becky Reckart (Robbie). He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
