He was predeceased by: his father Robert A. Elliott; and his sister Kay Huwig. He is survived by: his mother Isabella V. Elliott (Paugh) of Kitzmiller; his wife Kathrine E. Elliott (Secrist); his sons, Robert Elliott (Scott Elliott) of Friendsville and Crosby Shaffer; his grandchildren, Kain Tasker and Little; his pet Sophie; and his sisters, Barbara Whitacre, Carol Matthews of Kitzmiller, Glenda Baker (Richard) and Lori Paugh (Michael) of Oakland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
