She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Lipscomb and Lavada Marie Lipscomb (Lucas); her husband William Robert Paugh; and her daughter Christine Paugh. She is survived by: her son William "Bud" Paugh, Jr. (Autumn) of Kitzmiller; her grandson Layon Roy Paugh; her siblings, Gary "Chad" Lucas (Pam) of Kitzmiller, Rocky Lucas of Oakland, Terry Lucas (Jane) of Kitzmiller, Karen Barnhouse (Tim) of Kitzmiller, Jimmy Jr. "Bo" Lipscomb (Becky) of Kitzmiller and Lavada "Sue" Lipscomb of Kitzmiller; and her child Lee Paugh. She is also survived by her son's friends.
