He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha W. Evans and Eulalia Evans (Barnard); his children, Kandy Warnick and Rodger Wayne "Tadpole" Evans; his great grandchild Heaven; and his brother Wallace Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Evans (Harvey); his sons, Bill Evans (Julie Athey), John Evans and Richard Evans (Peggy); his grandchildren, Jessica Warnick, Rob Elliott, David Warnick, Destiny Jackson, Miranda Evans, Rob Nice, MiKayla Beeman (Mickey), Autumn Evans, Bud Paugh, Justin Evans, Christina Evans, Terron Gank, MaKenna Evans and Levi Beeman; his children-in-law, Mickey Warnick and Tammy Evans; his brothers, Joe Evans (Dorris), Robbie Reckart and Mike Brady; and his cousin Peepers.
