It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Jane Paugh (Kitzmiller, Maryland), who passed away on November 4, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen "Zip" Austin, Sr. and Nellie Mae Lloyd; and her brother-in-law Gary A. Skeweris. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bobby" Paugh; her children, Robert Wayne Paugh of Kitzmiller, Marlena Marie Paugh and Kayla Lynn (Danny Lewis) of Oakland; her grandchildren, Natasha Dawn Friend of Oakland, Justin Allen Friend of Oakland and Raeden Ann Lewis of Oakland; her great grandchild Elena Marie Friend; and her siblings, Linda C. Skeweris of Oakland and Glenn, Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
