She was predeceased by: her parents, Teddy Paugh and Mary Ellen Paugh (Blackburn); her brothers, Charles, Herman, Roy, Randolph and Norman; and her son-in-law Johnny Summerfield.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Moore (Johnny) of Keyser, Donna Harvey (Elvis) of Elk Garden, Barbara Paugh (Irwin) of Elk Garden, Doris Summerfield of Elk Garden, Mary Lambka (Mark) of Elk Garden, John Haddix (Mandy) of New Creek and Delbert Haddix (Jessica) of Elk Garden; her grandchildren, Michael (Crystal), Stephanie, Jeromy, Hailey, Autumn, MaryAnne (Ray), Melissa (Kenny), Melinda, Brenda, Johnny, Eric (Olivia), Mark (Ashley), Matthew, Alicia (Jonathan) and Misty (Randolph); and her siblings, Daisy Jones and Kelvin Paugh. She is also survived by twenty-six great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
