The passing of Joy Brown (Kitzmiller, Maryland) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 25, 2025 at the age of 97. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Terrence "Pat" O'Donnell and Alice June Bray O'Donnell; her husband Robert Sprague Brown; her sons, Robert O'Donnell Brown and Pat Charles Brown; and her siblings, Fred Downey, Reba Yukon and Joan Raynovich.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary June King; her daughter-in-law Susan Brown; her grandsons, David King (Cathy), Sebastien Poutre, Daniel Brown (Robin) and Matthew Brown; and her great grandchildren, Hazen, Julia, Ava Marie, Ava Elizabeth, David J., Robbie and Rose.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kitzmiller Chapel (710 Church St, Kitzmiller, MD 21538). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Bethel United Methodist (257 E Main St, Kitzmiller, MD 21538).
