He is survived by: his children, Richard Thomas Armstrong, Rodney Lee Armstrong (Maxine) and Connie Lynn Stewart (Adam Menear); his grandchildren, Jessica Armstrong, Tommy Armstrong, Alexis Dedek (Cory), Mehgan Armstrong and Shane Menear; his sisters, Darlene Armstrong and Margie Tusing; and his sister-in-law Chandra Delaney (John). He is also survived by great grandchildren.
