He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Howard, Sr. and Josephine Marian Keplinger (Sheetz); his wife Laurie May Keplinger (Williams); and his siblings, Lois McCloud, Ruth Ann Paugh, Essie Pennington, Paul, Jr., Robert and Troxell Keplinger.
He is survived by: his children, Adam Keplinger (Cassie) of Gormania, WV, Angela Keplinger (Jonathan Heavener) of Maysville, WV and Andrew Keplinger (Ashley Self) of Keyser, WV; his grandchildren, Briley and Dustin Keplinger; and his siblings, Karen Simmons (Marshall) and David Keplinger (Lena).
