He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton P. Phipps and Eleanor R. Phipps. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Susan Phipps; his sons, Jason Andrew Phipps (Ashley), Joshua Adam Phipps (Brianne) and Brandon Aaron Phipps (Taylor); his grandchildren, Brayden and Paige; his sister Linda Bayley (Chuck); and his mother-in-law Marilyn Strohecker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the E. F. Lassahn Funeral Home (11750 Belair Rd, Kingsville, MD 21087).
